Got a feel for current? Join us as Project Lead Engineer – Mechanical & Multi-Discipline

Electrically assisted pyrolysis (EAP) is one of the most promising technologies in maritime decarbonization, and we are developing it. As a Project Lead Engineer on our EAP product team, you will drive technical development from sales phase through to handover, coordinating across mechanical, electrical and SCM disciplines to deliver a product ready for installation onboard vessels and in shipyards.

You will be the technical face of the project meeting directly with customers and suppliers, solving complex problems under real deadlines, and continuously improving the product across each vessel in the series. This is a role for someone who is technically confident, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving product environment.

What you will do, own and deliver

  • Act as the primary technical interface between mechanical, electrical, and SCM disciplines, ensuring aligned and coordinated project execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement of product quality across the vessel series.

  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Handle project administration and ensure milestones are met.

  • Maintain P&IDs, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Select and verify components and conduct technical assessments.

What you bring

  • Strong mechanical engineering background - this is a technically demanding role.

  • Engineering degree in mechanical or related discipline.

  • Background from maritime, process, or energy industries.

  • Experience from process systems is an advantage.

  • Confident, structured and comfortable leading across disciplines and stakeholders.

  • A natural coordinator who takes ownership in a project matrix environment.

  • Strong communicator in English; Norwegian is an advantage.

  • Genuine interest in clean technology and sustainable maritime solutions.

Your profile

  • You take technical ownership and see things through from design to commissioning.

  • Methodical and precise, but able to move when the project demands it.

  • Curious about new technology and motivated by solving problems that actually matter.

  • Comfortable being the go-to person across disciplines and towards clients and suppliers.

What we offer

  • A central role in technically complex and meaningful projects.

  • A chance to work with cutting-edge green tech in a growing industry.

  • A supportive, skilled team that values precision as much as you do.

Primary work location is Tønsberg.
