The Head of Planning and Procurement is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, sourcing, and procurement strategy to ensure the organization maintains optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and supplier performance. This role oversees demand planning, supply planning, procurement operations, and supplier relationships while aligning with overall business objectives.

Qualifications;

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

• Certification in procurement or contract management (preferred but not required).

• Fluent in English (Required).

• Proficiency in Norwegian or other languages is an advantage.

• Experience with M3, Ariba, Eyeshare, and or other procurement software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Professional Experience;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Experience in supplier negotiations, contract handling, and compliance management.

• Background in industrial procurement, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is a plus.
