Account Manager – Offshore and New Energies, Northern Norway
Do you want to work closely with key customers in the offshore, new energies and maritime industries?
We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for Northern Norway. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships and support some of our most important clients across the region.

What does the role involve?
At Øglænd System, our sales team plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving growth.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that create value.
You will be responsible for developing the market in your region and building a strong long-term customer base.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships across the region
Develop and grow defined customer portfolio
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
Plan and execute customer visits
Build and maintain clear pipeline in CRM (SFDC)
Work with internal teams to deliver the best value to customers
Take ownership of your territory performance
You will succeed in this role by building strong relationships through regular customer engagement, maintaining a clear and active pipeline, moving opportunities forward, understanding your customers’ business and needs, and contributing to strong results together with your customers.
Due to the geographical size of the region, the position involves significant travel.

You also ensure that customer needs and market insights from your region are clearly communicated within the organization.
Qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone motivated to work in sales within a technical environment.
Experience in technical sales or other customer-facing roles
Technical understanding, or strong motivation to develop it
Experience with CRM tools in sales such as SFDC or similar
Willingness to travel within the region
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Valid driver’s license (Class B)
A degree in engineering or related field is an advantage
Experience from offshore, maritime, electrical, HVAC or similar industries is considered an advantage.
