What we can offer you

• Prepare and maintain procurement plans
• Preparation of inquiries, clarifications, evaluations and placing of orders
• Follow up purchase orders including expediting, invoice and payment
• Commercial reporting to the project and final invoice
• Keep the project personnel aware of the procurement status
• Cooperate with Logistics department at all times to ensure timely delivery
• Support overseas projects and travel to office locations
• Participate on mobilisation on sites when required
• Source potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities and neotiate favorable terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

• High Commercial Awareness

• Minimym 5 years of relevant experience
• Educated to a degree level in the area of business/legal is preferred,although other recognised qualificaitons would be acceptable if combined with suitable experience
