As our new Global Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and long-term competitiveness of an important product portfolio.

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for a global portfolio, ensuring a clear direction aligned with business priorities and market needs.

• Identify new opportunities across segments, applications, and regions, and turn them into strong business cases and commercial priorities.

• Contribute in portfolio development across the full lifecycle, from launches and improvements to structured phase-outs and optimization.

• Translate market insight, customer feedback, and commercial data into decisions that strengthen relevance, differentiation, and profitability.

• Work closely with R&D, engineering, technical marketing, and market organizations to connect strategy with execution.

• Help shape clear value propositions, positioning, and sales enablement that support adoption across global markets.

What you need to bring

• Experience from product management, portfolio strategy, business development, technical sales, or a similar commercially oriented role.

• Strong strategic and business understanding, with the ability to assess opportunities and make sound priorities.

• Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear customer value and commercially relevant messaging.

• Confidence working cross-functionally and internationally, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• A structured and analytical approach, supported by sound judgement and a bias for action.

• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
