Office Administrator
DNO ASA is looking for a proactive, service minded, and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Oslo. You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, professional, and efficient daily operation of our office.
As our Office Administrator, you will manage the reception area, support internal communication, coordinate office activities, social events and contribute to a positive and well-functioning work environment. The position reports to the Office Manager and involves close collaboration with employees across the organization, as well as visitors, management, and the board.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and employees, manage the reception, handle calls, emails, and general inquiries, and ensure that everyone is greeted in a professional and service minded manner.
Coordinate meetings, manage mail and deliveries, and handle essential administrative tasks such as document preparation and maintaining order in shared areas.
Maintain a clean and presentable office, ensure supplies are stocked, and support internal meetings and events.
Handle incoming calls professionally, maintain updated contact lists, and report any technical issues related to the phone system.
Update and maintain SharePoint team sites and information pages and contribute to improving the structure and quality of internal digital content.
Assist employees and departments with daily inquiries and tasks and support the Office Manager with planning and administrative coordination.
Ensure that the canteen is clean, organized, and well stocked, coordinate with cleaning staff, report maintenance issues, assist with catering for meetings and events, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. Some overtime may occur during particularly busy periods, but this is generally very limited.

Qualifications
Higher education is preferred, relevant experience may compensate.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong skills in MS Office
