🕷️ SPIDER-MAN 1 — WRESTLER SPIDER-MAN WITH TRANSFORMING ACTION
Before the suit. Before the Green Goblin. Before Spider-Man truly understood what it meant to be a hero, Peter Parker stepped into a wrestling ring looking to make a little money.
This Toy Biz Wrestler Spider-Man figure comes from the merchandise produced for Sam Raimi’s original Spider-Man movie, starring Tobey Maguire.
The package recreates Peter’s transition from his homemade wrestling look into Spider-Man. Included are the Peter Parker/Spider-Man figure, alternate masked head and the red wrestling outfit used to create his earlier appearance.

The wrestling sequence remains one of my favorite parts of the 2002 movie because Peter isn't really Spider-Man yet. He's a teenager who suddenly has incredible powers and immediately thinks, How can I make some money with this?
Then comes Bonesaw, the cage match, the promoter who refuses to pay him—and Peter making the decision to let a thief escape.
That single selfish choice leads directly to Uncle Ben's death and the lesson that defines Spider-Man from then on.
And yes, more than twenty years later, I can still hear:
“BONESAW IS READY!” 😂
These early Toy Biz movie figures have become a fun little time capsule from the beginning of the modern superhero-movie era, and the Wrestler Spider-Man is particularly cool because it represents a version of Peter we only see briefly on screen.
