Areas of responsibility:

• Contribute to our multi-discipline project team involved in various inspections, modifications, new-buildings and projects for vessels and offshore units in OSM Thome management and for external parties

• Prepare for vessel modification, and follow-up work onboard and at yard

• Liaise with and be a focal point between client, 3rd parties, authorities, project execution partners and onboard operations to foster optimal solutions

• Be part of our team for developing new administrative routines and new business opportunities

• Be project manager and project resource for various internal and external projects

• Ensure that the OSM Thome and customers objectives and HSE targets are met

Qualifications:

• Qualification as onboard senior officer with experience from modifications, or MSc/BSc degree with relevant topic and 10-15 years relevant experience

• Practical experience from modification projects o operational vessels or offshore units, or from project activities for new-building, modifications etc

• Background from shipowner/management company, class/authorities, engineering company, marine supplier industry or as Senior Crew

• Advanced English level, both written and verbally. Preferably Scandinavian.

• Multi-discipline skills and understanding

• Experience with Offshore Energy Project execution systems is an advantage
