About the Role
As our Learning & Development Specialist you are a part of our Human Resources Team and you play a key role in empowering TOMRA’s people to grow, thrive, and perform at their best. You design and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen capabilities across our global organization and help shape a culture of inclusion, innovation, and strong leadership.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our business divisions to identify development needs and build engaging learning journeys to maximize learning impact. You will actively contribute to core people initiatives.
What you will do
Support the design, delivery, and facilitation of leadership development programs and activities (e.g., LEAP and Leadership Academy initiatives), under the direction of the VP Group Talent.
Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, guidelines, and principles for internal mobility, in alignment with Group Talent strategy.
Partner with divisional People& Organization teams, business leaders, and external partners to support delivery of Group L&D initiatives.
Embed DEI principles into all learning programs and collaborate with ERGs.
Design, deliver, and continuously improve impactful learning experiences (both in-person and digital)
Champion a culture of belonging and respect through learning initiatives.
Support change enablement by designing and delivering learning interventions aligned with Group priorities.
Equip leaders and teams with innovation methodologies through structured learning initiatives.
Act as an advisor on the learner experience for the LMS implementation, providing input and support to the project coordinator and project manager as needed.
What you bring to the team
Experience in learning and development, program design, and delivery.
Familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and analytics.
Knowledge of onboarding, internal mobility, and leadership development frameworks.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead projects and influence without direct authority.
Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
