You’ll become part of a fantastic team consisting of in total eight team members (including you) on two locations, Oslo and Lisbon. Our team works with several Telenor companies across Norway, so you’ll get to know a lot of people and take on plenty of responsibility. We’re professional about what we do, but we also love to keep things light and share some laughs along the way.

We engage in a variety of activities each day—including recruiting, supporting leaders, improving processes, and building relationships. You will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, but with focus on technical recruitment. We are seeking someone who can assist us in identifying exceptional talent and adapt in line with the organization. You will be supported by a dedicated team, and we place great value on getting to know candidates, as they play a vital role in our success.

• Experience with recruitment, preferably in a large organization.

• Experience working with technical recruitment is highly valued

• We think it’s an advantage if you have experience with ATS tools. We use Teamtailor, but you don’t need experience with this to apply.

• Higher education isn’t the most important thing for us, but if you have an educational background in organizational psychology, HR, marketing or similar, that’s certainly a plus.

• Much of our work takes place in English, so in addition to fluency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language, you must be comfortable with a working day where English is used regularly – both spoken and written.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll build broad networks internally and externally, so being systematic, precise, and reliable is important. Strong verbal and written communication skills are an asset, along with the ability to manage varied tasks and busy periods.
