Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a broad, hands-on role?
We are looking for an HR Adviser to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing both operational and advisory HR support across a broad range of HR processes.
You will work closely with leaders and employees, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services while contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR practices and employee experience. We are looking for someone who is both operationally strong and able to think holistically across HR topics.
Aksess Bemanning is assisting in the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
Advise and support employees and leaders in key HR processes.
Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes.
Contribute to employer branding and university collaboration.
Drive and support competence development, training, and onboarding initiatives
Act as a point of contact for HR systems, reporting, and administrative processes
Support leaders in people-related matters such as performance, development, and employee cases
Collaborate with union representatives and ensure compliance with labour law and internal policies
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Handle tasks from an operational to tactical level independently, and contribute to strategic discussions
Qualifications and experience:
Relevant higher education within HR, business administration, or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for the educational requirements.
Experience from a broad HR generalist role and with a variety of HR processes
Solid understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practices
Specialist knowledge in one or more HR areas is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

Ability to balance operational responsibilities with advisory tasks
