About the Ågotnes Site

Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from start to finish. We provide technical services both onshore and offshore during maintenance, installation, and commissioning of Subsea Production Systems (XTs, wellheads, tooling, control systems, connection systems, and intervention systems). We also have in‑house workshop facilities for maintenance, repair, refurbishment, high‑pressure testing, pits, and electronic laboratories for control interfaces.  

In This Role, You Will

• Staff offshore service personnel according to project needs and follow up with those on rotation to keep schedules running smoothly.

• Plan and coordinate all travel for offshore and onshore assignments, including tickets, visas, guarantee letters, and vaccinations.

• Approve timesheets and travel expenses and make sure personnel records stay accurate and up to date.

• Keep track of competence and training needs, ensure all HSE and rig‑specific requirements are met, and drive ongoing development through regular appraisals.

• Maintain a strong overview of individual performance and development across the offshore team.

• Manage essential administrative tasks, including reporting, service awards, and corrective actions when needed.

• Partner closely with department managers to secure staffing, follow procedures, and stay aligned with company guidelines.

• Support safe, well‑coordinated personnel deployment abroad with a constant focus on HSE.

• Encourage open communication and smooth collaboration across departments and functional teams.

What You Bring

• Experience from HR coordination, personnel support, or similar roles where you’ve worked closely with people and daily operations.

• Ability to connect with colleagues and build trust through everyday conversations and collaboration.

• Organized working style that supports the team and helps maintain good flow in daily tasks

• A hands‑on, positive “let’s make it happen” attitude, paired with the flexibility to adapt when plans shift.

• Confidence in managing your own tasks, keeping an overview, and staying on top of things in a fast‑paced environment.
