To strengthen this mission, we are now looking for Project Specialist to join our department in Ågotnes.
About the Ågotnes Site
Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. We provide technical services, onshore and offshore, during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of Subsea Production Systems (XTs, Wellhead, Tooling, Control Systems, Connection Systems and Intervention Systems). We have in-house workshop facilities for Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment, High-Pressure Testing and Pits, Electronic Laboratories for control interfaces.
In this role, you will:
Strong coordination skills to ensure that all equipment is prepared, tracked, and delivered on time.
A close working relationship with engineering teams to clarify technical requirements and support smooth execution.
Effective collaboration with the project leads to maintain progress, manage priorities, and ensure project milestones are met.
The ability to monitor work packages, identify risks or delays early, and drive corrective actions.
A mindset focused on improvement, contributing to more efficient internal processes and higher service quality.
A solid understanding of HSE and quality requirements, ensuring safe and compliant project execution across all activities.
The capability to work across workshop, engineering, and project functions to maintain alignment and solve challenges quickly.
We are looking for someone who:
Takes initiative to improve internal processes, works efficiently and thrives in a dynamic project environment.
Has experience coordinating, planning and following up projects from start to finish, and enjoys collaborating closely with engineers, workshop teams and project leads.
Values a workplace that offers development and future growth opportunities, and contributes to safe, high‑quality deliveries.
Bachelor's in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred, but relevant hands‑on experience can qualify. Graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience with project coordination or planning, also from other industries, and the ability to learn subsea products and services quickly.
Experience with project management tools and systems as SAP, Primavera or PRINCE is an advantage.
Beneficial experience from offshore, mechanical, industrial or workshop environments, and is based in Bergen area or willing to relocate.
