About the Ågotnes Site
Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. We provide technical services, onshore and offshore, during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of Subsea Production Systems (XTs, Wellhead, Tooling, Control Systems, Connection Systems and Intervention Systems). We have in-house workshop facilities for Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment, High-Pressure Testing and Pits, Electronic Laboratories for control interfaces.
In this role, you will:
Deliver technical support during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of subsea equipment (XTs, Wellheads, Control Systems, Connection Systems, CWOR systems)
Act as a key engineering contact for clients, ensuring professional and high‑quality service delivery
Work closely with workshop and offshore field teams to drive service quality and solve technical challenges
Participate in risk assessments, and review procedures, drawings, and engineering documentation
Contribute to investigations and produce reports on service quality and system performance
Capture lessons learned and feed insights back into continuous improvement of products and processes

Has a professional background that includes:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Subsea Engineering, Seabed Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field
Experience with Subsea Production Systems (XTs, Wellheads, Tooling, Control Systems, Connection Systems, Intervention Systems) is desirable but graduates are also encouraged to apply
