What We're Looking For

• BSc or MSc in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Curiosity and willingness to learn

• Hands-on approach

• Team player with ambition to grow

• Polymer experience
