Technical Coordinator
Vard Design & Engineering is leading in development of advanced and specialized vessel designs. Our solutions come together in close partnership with clients, suppliers and our own shipyards, combining into a powerful package. In a dynamic working environment, supported by the extensive experience base in Vard Group, we develop globally acknowledged ship designs. In addition to the traditional projects for oil and gas, VARD is targeting segments like offshore wind, fisheries, cruise and aqua culture. These are thriving markets with a high degree of innovation, where the VARD ability to think differently makes us highly competitive.
In this context, the Technical Coordinator plays a key role in turning ideas into reality. Acting at the intersection of engineering, project management, and production, you will be central in ensuring that complex vessel designs are translated into efficient, high-quality deliverables. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of technical coordination in multidisciplinary projects, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will gain end-to-end insight into our projects – from early design phases to final delivery – while influencing solutions that are both innovative and practical to build.
At VARD we care about nurturing talents and embracing diverse strengths, giving everyone the opportunity to develop and grow. Join us and be part of a community that celebrates your skills, and where together we are shaping the future of shipbuilding.
