Juvet Landscape Hotel, is a unique and family-owned hotel in the heart of Norway's spectacular nature. We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Sommelier to join our small, dedicated team and elevate our guests’ experience of genuine hospitality and wellbeing.

Hva vi ser etter

• Certified Sommelier or equivalent experience

• Experience in a fine dining or boutique hotel environment

• Passionate about guest experience and storytelling

• Fluent in English (Norwegian is an advantage)

• Good communication skills

• A genuine appreciation for nature, quiet luxury, and Nordic hospitality

• You care about local produce, craftmanship and sustainability

• You thrive in a team that values kindness and respect.

• You want to contribute to developing the dining experience and the general guest experience.

• Good communication skills, and the ability to be a good storyteller and engage with your colleagues.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Key responesbility

• Curate, develop, and manage the hotel's wine list and beverage selection.

• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and warm wine service to our guests

• Train and inspire colleagues in wine and beverage knowledge

• Maintain supplier relationships and oversee wine procurement and stock

• Contribute to the overall guest experience in alignment with Juvet's philosophy of authenticity and simplicity

• Assist with welcoming and checking in guests, and contribute to be a good host.
