Are you structured with genuine desire to support your colleagues?

Our global, people-focused company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Operations Partner to join our HR team in Bergen.

Our preferred candidate will combine a structured and quality-focused mindset with a practical approach and a genuine desire to support employees and leaders.

With just over 300 employees, the Norwegian Hull Club Group is large enough for you to apply your broad experience, while still being compact enough for you to know all your colleagues by name.

The difference? It’s the people.

At Norwegian Hull Club, we know that our success depends on our people. We are now looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Partner who will help us to further strengthen our employee experience.

Our HR team supports Norwegian Hull Club and its subsidiaries, working closely with employees and leaders across the Group. We strive to be trusted, approachable and dependable partners.

We act to provide sound advice, professional support and consistent HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

Join us and you will be an important part of a dedicated and supportive team where knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. At the Norwegian Hull Club Group, we value people who take initiative, contribute ideas and enjoy making a positive impact.

 In this role

Based at our headquarters in Bergen, you will support our international operations and collaborate with colleagues across different locations and cultures, making strong English communication skills essential. Norwegian language skills will be considered a definite advantage.

Combining broad HR expertise with a hands-on and service-oriented approach, you will help deliver reliable, high-quality HR support while driving continuous improvements in processes, systems and ways of working.

As a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across our organisations, you will provide guidance on employment matters, policies and relevant legislation, and contribute to an excellent experience for all our team members.

The role also includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, organisational changes and other HR initiatives, while helping to further develop HR processes, systems and digital solutions.

 What we’re looking for

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of extensive HR experience and sound judgement in the field, founded upon both higher education (a Master’s Degree is preferred, though extensive professional experience will also be taken into account) and demonstrable know-how across a broad range of HR disciplines.

With a solid understanding of HR practices and employment matters, you will confidently support employees, leaders and colleagues across the HR function, combining expertise with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

To be considered for this role, you should enjoy taking ownership, navigating complex situations and translating challenges into practical, business-focused solutions that create value for both people and the organisation.

You are curious about new technology and have a strong interest in using digital tools and automation to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

In this role you will be reporting to Head of HR and Communications.
