The world needs a sustainable energy future and subsea has a critical and exciting role to play in getting us there. At SLB OneSubsea we’re accelerating what’s possible on the seabed. We ask the big questions to help define the offshore energy systems of the future, combining the innovation capabilities of our parent companies, co-creating with our clients, and actively engaging in the wider subsea ecosystem.

Are you passionate about developing people, supporting leaders, and creating a workplace where employees can thrive? We are looking for two experienced and proactive HR Representatives to join our team at Sandsli and play a key role in driving people initiatives that support both business success and employee wellbeing. One position is permanent, while the other is a temporary assignment for up to 18 months.

In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful HR solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to career development, succession planning, employee engagement, and rewards strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on HR support and wants to make a meaningful contribution within a dynamic and international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Representative, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with employees and managers through interaction, coaching, and support.

  • Partner with leaders on performance management, talent development, career planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, internal mobility, promotions, and employee development activities aligned with business objectives.

  • Support succession planning and talent management programs to ensure long-term organizational success.

  • Contribute to compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

  • Manage onboarding, relocation, and integration activities for new hires and transferred employees.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable labor laws.

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including authorities and HR-related agencies when required.

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices.

  • Promote diversity, inclusion, employee wellbeing, ethics, and company culture.

  • Promote data privacy awareness and support the implementation of privacy and data protection requirements.

  • Maintain a strong commitment to HSE, quality, and ethical standards in all aspects of HR operations.

What We're Looking For

You are a people-focused professional who combines strong business understanding with excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders, and creating positive employee experiences.

Beyond your HR expertise, you are ambitious, and eager to continuously develop both professionally and personally. You are someone who takes initiative, embraces new challenges, and sees this role as an opportunity to build a long-term career within a global organization. Whether you already have HR experience or are ready to take the next step in your HR career, you are driven by learning, growth, and making an impact.

We are especially interested in candidates who aspire to develop within the HR profession and are excited by the prospect of future international career opportunities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are looking for a role that can open doors across a global business, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.

  • A passion for employee development, engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an advantage but is not required.
