Supply Chain is looking for a Service Coordinator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that services are delivered safely and efficiently.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing planned and unplanned service requests for our FLNG units. You will coordinate service subcontractors, support sourcing and tendering activities, and ensure that relevant documentation, agreements and service orders are properly managed.

The role combines commercial coordination, administration and operational follow-up. It is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will coordinate and follow up service-related activities across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the commercial and administrative contact for service subcontractors

• Coordinating planned and unplanned service requests in a structured and cost-effective manner

• Supporting sourcing, requests for quotation, commercial evaluations, negotiations and contract placement

• Following up subcontractor progress, compliance and agreed deliverables

• Reviewing service invoices and following up discrepancies, complaints, claims and disputes

• Maintaining accurate records and prepare reports, statistics and presentations related to service activities

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and effective coordination

• Contributing to the development of procedures, templates, contract documents and ways of working

Qualifications and Experience:

We believe the right candidate is someone who combines commercial awareness with a practical and organised approach. You are comfortable coordinating several activities at the same time, following up on details and making sure that tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience from procurement, contract coordination, supply chain or a similar commercial role

• Experience from the offshore, oil and gas, energy or other industrial sectors is an advantage

• A technical and/or administrative background

• Good understanding of supplier management, service agreements and commercial processes

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Good digital skills

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Residence in Norway
