We are calling professionals to join our strategy and analytics team!

Are you someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, turning ideas into action, and working with senior leaders to make a real impact?

At Höegh Autoliners, we are on an ambitious journey to shape the future of green and digital shipping. As a Strategic Projects Manager, you will be at the centre of this journey, working on high-impact initiatives that help shape our strategy, improve business performance, and create long-term value.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Projects, you will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across functions, regions, and business areas. Each project is sponsored by the CFO and governed through a steering group of relevant Senior Management Team members, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to influence important business decisions.

What You’ll Do

You will take an active role in some of Höegh Autoliners’ most important strategic and corporate initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects from initial problem definition and analysis through implementation and follow-up.

  • Break down complex business challenges into clear, structured problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Turn insights into action, working with teams across the organization to implement solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment, maintain momentum, and ensure effective execution.

  • Work across functions and geographies, collaborating with colleagues and project teams to address business-critical priorities.

  • Help identify and shape new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and value creation across the business.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and pragmatic problem solver who enjoys working where strategy meets execution.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally from management consulting, business transformation, strategy, or a similar problem-solving environment.

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Experience defining, solving, and implementing complex business challenges.

  • Exposure to commercial topics such as product, pricing, or revenue optimization is an advantage.

  • Experience with operational optimization such as fuel, stowage, or other efficiency initiatives is a plus.

  • Experience using data and technology to improve processes, workflows, or business performance is highly valued.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into practical recommendations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence people across different levels, functions, and geographies.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the drive to move initiatives from idea to execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Most importantly, you are someone who is curious, structured, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy asking the right questions, getting to the heart of a problem, and working with others to make things happen.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of a global shipping company.

As part of the Corporate Projects team, you will:

  • Work on high-impact projects with direct exposure to senior leadership.

  • Help shape Höegh Autoliners’ green and digital transformation.

  • Work across functions, regions, and business areas in a truly international environment.

  • Develop your strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities through challenging and meaningful projects.

  • Have the opportunity to see your recommendations move beyond the presentation deck and into real business implementation.

  • Enjoy flexible working conditions and an attractive total compensation package.

  • Join a diverse and inclusive organization where people are encouraged to contribute, grow, and make an impact.
