We're now looking for a Chief Technology Officer to shape our technology strategy, strengthen our organisation, and help keep Zaptec at the forefront of a fast-moving industry.

We're looking for an experienced technology leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and developing great leaders. You'll bring deep technical expertise, but your greatest impact will come from setting direction, empowering people, and enabling the organisation to deliver outstanding results.

What you'll do
As CTO, you'll play a key role in shaping both our organisation and the technology that will power Zaptec's future growth. You'll:

• Lead and develop Zaptec's technology and product organisation.

• Build a strong leadership team and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Set the technology direction for Zaptec.

• Help teams do their best work by setting clear priorities and removing obstacles.

• Balance innovation, quality and speed to market.

• Ensure technology and product development support customer needs and business growth.

• Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Management Team and Board on technology and product strategy.

What you'll bring
You've led large technology or product organisations and know how to build teams, develop leaders and scale organisations through growth and change. You combine strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and can turn strategy into clear priorities and measurable results. You'll ideally have experience of:

• Developing and delivering technology strategies.

• Building and scaling technology and product organisations.

• Improving delivery, quality and engineering processes.

• Leading organisations through growth, transformation and increasing complexity.

• Working closely with commercial teams on product strategy and priorities.

• Operating in an international business environment.

You're a clear, inspiring leader who brings people together around a shared direction. You build trust through openness and integrity, make sound decisions in complex environments, and know how to balance strategic thinking with strong execution. You're curious, ambitious and committed to continuous learning.
