We’re now looking to strengthen our Sales and Commercial Team in Stavanger, Norway. Depending on your experience, the role may focus on business development, key account management, partnership development or a combination of these
The Job
We're looking for someone commercially driven to join our team in Stavanger. Whether your experience is in business development, key account management or technical sales, we're looking for people who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and helping customers solve technical and operational challenges.

You're commercially minded, curious, and bring real energy to the team. You're comfortable stepping outside the obvious and don't mind challenging established ways of working if it leads to a better outcome.
You understand technical solutions and know how to connect them to customer challenges. Most importantly, you're motivated by opening new doors and creating opportunities where others don't.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for people to strengthen our team across the following areas, with responsibilities shaped by your experience:
Developing new business opportunities, customer accounts and strategic partnerships.
Building long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Identifying customer challenges and developing commercial and technical solutions together with internal teams.
Negotiating and managing partnerships to expand the adoption of AOGV technology.
Representing Izomax with customers and at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications and Expectations
What we're looking for:
Experience in business development, key account management, technical sales or partnership development.
A proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver commercial results.
Commercial and operational understanding of the oil and gas industry.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
Fluent English and willingness to travel globally.

Reports to Sales Director
