About the Ågotnes Site 

Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. We provide technical services, onshore and offshore, during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of Subsea Production Systems (XTs, Wellhead, Tooling, Control Systems, Connection Systems and Intervention Systems). We have in-house workshop facilities for Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment, High-Pressure Testing and Pits, Electronic Laboratories for control interfaces.  

In this role, you will:  

• Serve as the single point of contact for the projects, ensuring full accountability for the quality of all deliverables in the projects 

• Maintain effective and consistent communication with the entire project team and all stakeholders 

• Ensure safe operations while promoting a strong culture of technical integrity and service quality 

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clearly define project objectives, scope, and deliverables from the outset 

• Develop, manage, and control accurate project plans to ensure efficiency and cost savings are achieved 

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the project portfolio 

• Proactive in anticipating customer needs and turning insights into sales opportunities and business value 

We are looking for someone who:  

• Experience of Oil & Gas industry preferably within subsea, and is based in Bergen area or willing to relocate. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or technical- subject. Extensive and relevant work experience can compensate for the degree. 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project execution within oil and gas 

• A strong passion for leading projects from concept to completion. 

• One Team mindset, combining collaboration with a strong commercial and business-oriented approach to project execution. 

• Experience with project management tools and systems as SAP, Primavera or PRINCE is an advantage.
