We are now looking for a Quality & Operations Integrity Champion to join our site in Bergen (Sandsli). This role will belong to the Operation Support Team. 

About the Role

As a Quality & Operations Integrity Champion, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and quality deviations across operations. You will lead audits, ensure compliance, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. You will also guide teams and collaborate with technical disciplines to deliver consistent, high-quality results across projects. 

Key responsibilities include

• Lead OneSubsea continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance across service operations.

• Lead and implement quality initiatives within engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, and QMS documentation.

• Act as subject matter expert for quality assurance and quality control within Processing & Digital Services.

• Ensure compliance with internal/external standards and follow up audits, quality plans, and RWP closure.

• Analyze quality trends, non-conformances, and QHSE incidents, and drive root cause and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and support tender phases to ensure robust quality requirements.

We are looking for someone who

• Holds a degree or diploma in an engineering discipline and brings around five years of relevant industry experience, including expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Has solid experience with quality improvement methods (e.g. Six Sigma) and structured investigations (e.g. RCA, 8D).

• Demonstrates a proven track record of improving quality performance.

• Communicates effectively and collaborates well across teams, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
