Bulk Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Culture & Leadership Development to shape and drive our culture and leadership agenda across the organization - strengthening leadership capability, alignment, and performance as we scale.

As Director Culture & Leadership Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we lead, collaborate, and grow. Positioned within the People function and reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will define and implement leadership frameworks, strengthen organisational culture, and build capability across all levels of the business in a rapidly scaling environment.
What you’ll do
As our Director Culture & Leadership Development, your key responsibilities will be:
Define and drive the company’s culture agenda and translate values into everyday behaviours
Develop and implement a company-wide leadership development strategy and frameworks
Build leadership capability across all levels
Lead learning and capability initiatives aligned with business priorities and future needs
Strengthen organisational effectiveness, collaboration, and employee engagement
Support leaders through coaching, facilitation, and targeted development initiatives
Enable leaders to navigate growth, change, and transformation
Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline growth
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on culture, leadership, and organisational effectiveness
Define and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve programs
Who are you?
You bring strong organizational awareness and navigate complexity with confidence in a scaling environment. You are structured and effective, with sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You adapt well to changing priorities and know how to build and sustain a strong culture through growth and transformation. A clear communicator and collaborative partner, you create alignment across the organisation.
What you bring:
10–15+ years of experience in leadership, organisational development, or culture-related roles
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree or certifications are a plus)
Background from operational, industrial, engineering, or similarly complex environments is an advantage
Proven track record of building leadership capability in scaling or complex organisations
Experience working closely with executive leadership teams
Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness, culture-building, and leadership development
Experience supporting growth, transformation, or change initiatives
Excellent communication skills in English
