The role focuses on operational excellence, data quality, distributor enablement, and internal coordination. The Distribution Specialist acts as a day‑to‑day operational partner to distributors, international organizations and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and effective implementation of agreed market and distributor plans.
Key responsibilities include
Support and enable distributors by acting as a operational contact, coordinating meetings and reviews, facilitating onboarding, and providing guidance on products, services, and processes.
Drive sales effectiveness through Salesforce opportunity management, funnel tracking, reporting, campaign support, lead follow-up, and tender responses for international organisations.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration by connecting distributors with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, events, training, and customer-facing activities.
Provide market and business insights by collecting customer and distributor feedback, analysing trends and opportunities, and maintaining accurate documentation of plans and actions.
Ensure governance and compliance through accurate record-keeping, support for policy adherence, Code of Conduct compliance, audit readiness, and internal reporting requirements.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a motivated early-career professional who enjoys bringing structure, coordination, and follow-through to complex activities. You are organised, analytical, and eager to learn, with a passion for working across teams, supporting customers and partners, and turning information into action. You thrive in a collaborative environment, take ownership of your work, and are excited to build a career in commercial operations and distributor management.
The ideal candidate is
Highly organised and detail-driven, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep activities moving forward.
Analytical and data-savvy, using insights and quality data to support decisions and drive execution.
Commercially minded, with experience working with sales processes, CRM systems, and Salesforce.
Strong communicator and team player, able to build effective relationships across cultures, functions, and partner networks.
Proactive and service-oriented, taking ownership, solving problems, and supporting others to succeed.
Quick to learn and comfortable working with systems, processes, and tools to support effective execution and collaboration.
Preferred qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, business operations, customer success, project coordination, marketing support, or a related commercial role.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or other business systems for tracking activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
Exposure to working in an international, multicultural, or customer-facing environment is an advantage.
Experience coordinating projects, events, meetings, training activities, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Familiarity with sales processes, funnel management, customer relationship management, or business reporting.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Interest in developing a career in business operations, distribution management, sales support, or international business.
