B2C Workshop Supervisor
The Workshop Supervisor plays a vital role in keeping our operation running at its best. This position ensures that our team works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, directly influencing productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
As the key link between the workshop floor and management, the Workshop Supervisor drives teamwork, maintains operational discipline, and helps the business achieve its goals every day.

About the Role
As our Workshop Supervisor for B2C, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the workshop runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll manage technicians in your team, coordinate workflow, support financial targets, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service and EHS performance in accordance with EHS guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading daily workshop operations to ensure efficient job flow and minimal downtime, with high efficiency.
Allocating work to technicians based on skills, priorities, and deadlines
Driving productivity and labour efficiency to meet performance targets
Supporting financial performance through accurate job posting, time tracking, and cost control
Maintaining EHS compliance and promoting a strong safety culture
Coaching and developing the team to build technical capability, ownership, and accountability across all workshop roles. This includes providing regular feedback, supporting skills development, conducting performance conversations, and ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities and expected standards. Full personnel responsibility including performance management, training oversight, and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
Ensuring all KPI’s are met
Managing workshop tools, equipment, and inventory to reduce downtime and maintain readiness
What We’re Looking For
Proven workshop management experience with 3–5 years in a workshop manager or senior supervisory role within a mechanical, automotive, industrial, or heavy‑equipment environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and deliver strong operational results.
Strong technical background and ability to support diagnostics and repairs when needed
Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Solid understanding of EHS standards and safe work practices
Financial awareness, including labour efficiency and cost control
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities
