Parts Specialist – NIO Service Center
As a Parts Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of NIO’s service network by managing critical parts availability and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory, coordinating logistics, managing warranty returns, and driving continuous improvement in parts and accessories processes. This role ensures that NIO users and partners receive timely, high-quality service supported by accurate and efficient parts management.
Key Responsibilities
Parts & Inventory Management
Ensure critical parts are available at the country level to support service operations.
Monitor inventory in internal systems and communicate updates on parts availability to relevant stakeholders.
Follow up and maintain accurate stock inventory across all NIO-related business areas.
Support local teams with stock counts and reconciliation.
Partner & Network Support
Support Approved Bodyshops and Approved Service Centres with part requests and logistics coordination.
Process and return warranty parts in accordance with warranty schedules.
Act as a reliable contact for parts-related inquiries within the service network.
Accessories & Market Development
Own the accessories implementation process, ensuring strong offerings in the local market.
Create forecasts for accessories and parts to secure optimal stock levels.
Conduct market benchmarks for new accessories, including pricing and competitive analysis.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Drive improvements based on analytical reports and identified discrepancies.
Provide input on operational processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Support additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
Experienced in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
High work capacity, motivation, and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in automotive engineering.
Solid experience in automotive aftersales service, particularly in 4S shops, is a strong advantage.
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and high analytical ability.
Negotiation ability, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong analytical skills.
