Customer Success Manager – help scale a global SaaS platform
Onix is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team of experts in either our Oslo or Stavanger office.
This is an opportunity to join a technology company that is experiencing a new era of growth and international expansion. You will become an integral part of our mission to help companies become compliant with a safer future. This means contributing to the development and success of software products for equipment management. Our products give customers control over work equipment to prevent accidents, ensure compliance and help people come home from work safely.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work hands-on to help your portfolio of customers thrive and grow with Onix. You will be responsible for developing and expanding existing customer relationships with a strong commercial focus. You will also use your valubale insights to help shape the way we develop and deliver products and services.This is an opportunity for a varied and exciting role with a diverse customer portfolio and the chance to help shape the future of Onix.

Main responsibilities and tasks
- Manage a varied customer portfolio with satisfaction top-of-mind.
- Onboard customers and help them get the most out of Onix products.
- Develop realistic success plans with critical success factors for customers throughout their journey.
- Target cross-selling and upselling within your portfolio to support your personal goals and company ARR growth.
- Build strong long-term realtionships with customers that encourage trust, collaboration and increased product adoption.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization to share customer and industry insights that help develop Onix products and services.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with B2B market.
- A business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and value creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
- Experience in industries such as Energy, Maritime, or Utilities is a strong advantage, but not a requirement-curiosity and a willingness to learn go a long way.
