About the role
Marketer.com is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead the team that drives customer growth at scale. You'll lead a growing team of customer success managers, own key customer relationships yourself, and set the standard for how we deliver value to our e-commerce customers globally.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a growing Customer Success team
Build scalable processes for onboarding, customer engagement, and renewals
Establish KPIs and reporting routines for clear portfolio visibility
Own strategic customer relationships and drive upsell in the top tier of the portfolio
Collaborate closely with Product and Sales on customer insights and growth opportunities
What we're looking for
Solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS roles
Proven track record of leading and developing teams
Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing — you know ROAS, paid media, and the growth levers our customers rely on every day
Structured and commercially minded, with the ability to drive renewals and upsell
