As a Field Service technician, you will be part of a team in Stord working towards our customers in our region providing IT-support to end-users.

About You:
You will work in a team in Stord delivering support to our customers in our region.
Your Key Result Areas:
Prepare, install and configure computer hardware (laptops and desktops) operating systems for customer
Deliver computer or other hardware to customer - and assist at first-time login
Communicate with customer through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help resolve issues or set up systems
Support the lease refresh of hardware
Prioritize and manage open cases in our IT management suite (ServiceNow)
Assist network-team on tasks regarding network (install network equipment, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults)

Must Haves:
Network Skills ( routing, switching, Wireless technologies)
Experience working as IT Technician or relevant position, or have interest in the area
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Good collaboration skills
Good communication ability, fluent (written and oral) in Norwegian & English languages
Norwegian driving license (Manuel)
Nice to Have
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
ServiceNow ITSM tool
