We are seeking service-oriented, English-speaking hospitality representatives to assist guests throughout their journey, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Bergen and Oslo.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting guests at airports, train stations, and cruise piers.
Providing guidance throughout their stay, including transfers between the airport, pier, and hotel.
Operating hospitality desks in hotels, collaborating with hotel staff to assist guests.
Managing check-in procedures and coordinating transportation.
Personal Qualifications:
Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
Well-organized and detail oriented.
Proactive, resourceful, and independent.
Capable of multi-tasking and handling pressure.
Quick decision-making ability during stressful situations.
Professional Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous.
Experience in tourism or cruise industry is preferable.
Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
Availability from January to October, particularly during the summer.
Must possess a Norwegian personal/D-number and tax card.
Required to supply own uniform: black suit, white dress shirt, and black shoes.
Must be accessible via phone or email.
