We are now looking for a new team member to join our support team at EG Hano! Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy helping others? We are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive experience for healthcare professionals using our systems.
Your Main Responsibilities: Delivering Technical Support That Matters
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email related to our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Troubleshooting and providing guidance for technical challenges.
Escalating and reporting technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Contributing to a positive customer experience for healthcare professionals in a busy workday.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in customer service, support, or similar roles.
Technical understanding and strong computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – in Norwegian and English.
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
A positive, service-minded attitude.
Drive and willingness to contribute to both results and a good working environment.
It is a strong advantage if you have:
Experience from the healthcare sector or familiarity with healthcare administrative systems.
