Who we’re looking for
To reach this goal in 2040, we must understand and improve every factor that affects vessel performance and fuel efficiency. As a Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in this journey, turning data and technical insight into practical actions that make our ships sail smarter and cleaner. Through close collaboration with crews, ship managers and external partners, you will help reduce fuel use, lower emissions and enhance the performance of our global fleet. This is a hands-on role that directly supports our progress toward more sustainable ship operations.

Experience using data and digital tools such as Python, SQL or Power BI to improve operational performance
Understands, or is eager to learn, how hydrodynamics, hull condition and propulsion efficiency impact vessel performance
Excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness — comfortable working across teams, vessels, and nationalities
Is motivated by problem-solving, continuous learning and contributing to a more efficient and sustainable global fleet
