About the role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Stavanger.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating Autronica’s fire and gas alarm system projects – ensuring smooth execution, on-time delivery, and compliance with quality and budget requirements. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams, as well as maintain daily communication with our global teams.

Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Keep projects on track – coordinate project deliveries and commitments from start-up to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
Plan and prioritize – manage material and equipment needs together with the Project Manager according to the Bill of Materials (BOM), making sure orders are placed on time and delivery schedules are up to date.
Secure smooth logistics – oversee the flow of goods from suppliers to Autronica’s factory, and from the factory to customers worldwide.
Connect teams – participate in handover meetings with the Sales team and ensure a seamless transition of system orders from project to production.
Ensure quality and compliance – coordinate inspections and deliveries between customers and the factory before delivery, verifying that all technical specifications and requirements are met.
Support our customers – act as the secondary point of contact (after the Project Manager) for inquiries about materials, orders, and project updates.
Drive project execution – assist the Project Manager with invoicing plans, change requests, and financial follow-up in our project platform (SOLE).
Collaborate for success – work closely with the Project Controller and Project Manager on monthly revenue reviews, progress tracking, and overall project performance.

You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can coordinate multiple tasks at once. You enjoy being the go-to person who ensures everything runs smoothly – from logistics to documentation and communication. You’re comfortable working with different teams and departments, and you take pride in keeping things on track.
To be successful in this role you need:
Bachelor’s degree or vocational education is an advantage but not required – relevant experience counts equally.
Experience with project coordination or project administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with ERP systems – experience with JD Edwards is an advantage.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, Norwegian is an advantage.
