"I would describe Nexans as a social, innovative, and diverse workplace. "
My name is Marte, and I work as a Project Engineer at Nexans. I look forward to going to work primarily to meet my wonderful colleagues. The work environment is filled with friendly and helpful people, making it easy to ask for assistance, especially for those of us who are relatively new. The tasks are also varied and exciting, offering both fun and challenging opportunities. I personally find Nexans to be a great and social place to work, and I highly recommend it!

"Nexans is proud of our values: pioneer, dedicated, and united."
My name is Rune, and I have been with Nexans since 1996. If I were to describe Nexans as a workplace in three words, I'd highlight our values: pioneering, dedicated, and united. These are strong values that speak to our pride and expertise—values that are very important to me and those around me. I am based in Halden, a flagship location for Nexans. Here, we manage our projects from start to finish, providing a comprehensive understanding for all our employees.

"My onboarding at Nexans was very informative, and I had both supportive and dedicated colleagues. "
My name is Vaishnavy, and I work as an engineer in Halden. I started in 2021 as a graduate engineer. There was a lot to learn when I first joined, but my colleagues were extremely helpful throughout the process. I received support not only from my closest colleagues but also from competent coworkers in other disciplines and departments. As a graduate engineer, I got to tackle many interesting tasks in R&D and testing, while being surrounded by dedicated and helpful colleagues.
