An incredible opportunity awaits you in the position of Manufacturing and Assembly Operator in Kongsberg Discovery. In this role, you will play a part in our high-achieving business, delivering essential products for our business.

We are currently seeking an individual to strengthen our manufacturing team. In this role you will be involved in the production of high-performance products, such as microwave and motion technology. We are currently a team consisting of different individuals, with different backgrounds and qualifications.

What you will be doing

• Assembly, testing, and calibration of electronics.
• Collaborate closely with the production team on technical solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain.
• Actively contributes to product development and continuous improvements.

What you bring

• A vocational certificate in electro, electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in production, assembly, testing, repair, or service is an advantage.
• The ability to work with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
