Bulk Infrastructure is looking for a Operations Business Associate to help translate priorities into progress in our Operations leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to executive decision-making while helping drive initiatives across one of the Nordics' most advanced data centre platforms.

At Bulk, our mission is to build sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As one of the leading providers of sustainable, high-performance data center solutions in the Nordics, we design and operate infrastructure that powers the digital economy – efficiently, securely, and with 100% renewable energy.

This role sits close to Operations leadership and supports how priorities are shaped, tracked, and delivered. You will be involved in a broad set of activities from preparing decision material and structuring ongoing initiatives to coordinating across teams and ensuring follow-through. The environment is fast-moving, with parallel workstreams and evolving priorities, where clarity often needs to be established before execution can begin.

What you’ll do:

As our Operations Business Associate, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Structure and track multiple operational initiatives, ensuring visibility on priorities, risks, and dependencies

  • Coordinate across functions and stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum

  • Prepare presentations, decision material, and supporting documentation for leadership forums

  • Drive follow-up on actions and decisions to ensure execution progresses

  • Support reporting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews

  • Contribute to planning and coordination of operational readiness and project-related activities

  • Maintain structure in governance processes, including leadership meetings, cadences, and communication flows

Who are you?

You are comfortable working across topics and levels, and contribute by creating structure, maintaining overview, and ensuring progress. You engage constructively with different stakeholders and manage a varied workload where priorities may change over time.

What you bring:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Architecture or another relevant discipline

  • Up to two years of experience, including internships, student organisations or part-time work

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • High level of ownership and attention to detail

  • Curiosity, resilience and willingness to learn quickly

Why join us?

  • Join the fastest growing global modern industry

  • Exposure to operational leadership and decision-making processes

  • Work across functions and gain insight into large-scale infrastructure operations

  • A role with broad scope and varied responsibilities early in your career

What we offer our Bulkies:

  • A dynamic, growth-oriented workplace with a strong sustainability focus

  • Comprehensive insurance (health, travel – business & private) and annual health check

  • Additional time off during Easter and Christmas

  • Monthly contribution to home internet costs and sustainable commuting

  • Annual wellness allowance to support an active lifestyle
