Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Grorud, Oslo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Northern RS Quality Director and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You'll be responsible for covering Quality activities in the NO5/NO6 project depots in Oslo, Norway. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, operations, and engineering), manage the site industrial quality team, and ensure the implementation of site quality processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of customer quality relationships and non-conformity management, but also support handover activities from the manufacturing site to the PI site.
We’ll look to you to:
support the inspection and delivery of new trains to the customer
support with quality related fleet checks
support Improvement of Zero Defect Program
reporting of defects & ensure product compliance (check after rework), especially for Special Processes the Engineering Team to ensure that the deliveries from the Origin site is the right quality level.
perform inspections and ensure product compliance (check after rework) according to Quality Control Plan
lead customer inspections
maintain the CHB (car history book)
take part in quality related investigations
record inspection results in the industrial digital tools as required

A Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, electronics) or equivalent
Expertise in managing quality and problem-solving tools
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, ISO22163)
Fluency in English and Norwegian, with German being an asset
Experience in quality auditing and process management (an asset)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
