Senior Project Manager - Product, Packaging & Quality
Do you want to help create the next global best sellers in modern snacking?
Dellia Group ASA is a Nordic consumer-goods company in the better choice snack category, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2025. We develop and market our products under our brand Sunshine Delights, which is sold across roughly 12,800 stores in the Nordics, with a growing presence in the UK, Germany and France.
Now we are looking for a senior project manager who will have ownership of how product and packaging actually move, from idea to shelf, across Dellia Group, while making sure everything we launch is compliant, correct, and on time.
We have already built the foundation:
A defined brand architecture
A clear packaging design framework
A broad SKU portfolio across markets
Our own food innovation lab in Oslo
Now we are scaling - always based on clarity, control, and quality.
This is where you come in.
Your Role
This is a senior project management role: you own progress, deadlines and delivery across teams - not a team of direct reports.
You will manage the system connecting product, packaging, regulatory and production into one coherent flow:
Brief➡️design➡️compliance➡️proofing➡️production➡️delivery➡️launch
What You Will Own
Regulatory & Compliance
Food regulatory compliance across markets (labelling, ingredient and nutrition declarations, allergens, claims)
Make sure every product and pack meets EU and local market requirements before launch
Ensure specifications, declarations and documentation are correct and up to date
Be the point of contact for regulatory questions from markets and suppliers
Packaging Governance & Proofing
Safeguard the packaging design framework
Run artwork and proof-reading rounds on new and updated packaging - text, declarations, barcodes, language versions - together with our production partners
Coordinate versions, changes, and approvals - every pack is signed off before it goes to print
Make sure packaging is both compliant and production-ready - not just well-designed
SKU & Portfolio Oversight
Keep the full overview of all SKUs (live, upcoming, discontinued)
Keep specifications, documentation and approvals complete for every SKU
New Product Development (NPD) & Project Management
Drive new products from idea to launch, end to end
Hold the timeline, milestones and deadlines across teams
Ensure progress, decisions, and execution - and flag risk early
Turn innovation into shipped, compliant products
Cross-Market Execution
Align the Nordic markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) with our growth markets in the UK, Germany and France
Ensure solutions and documentation scale across markets
Connect central and local teams so they work as one
Production & Supply Chain
Work closely with our sourcing and production partners
Ensure packaging and products are feasible and compliant in production
Follow up timelines, changes, and deviations
Translate market and regulatory needs into production requirements - and back
Who You Are
Experience from a quality or regulatory function - ideally in grocery / dagligvare or FMCG
Strong on food regulatory requirements: labelling, declarations, allergens, claims
Solid project management - you own timelines, deadlines and approval flows
Comfortable driving progress through structure and influence rather than formal authority
Detail-driven on proofing and packaging artwork - you catch what others miss
Have worked with suppliers and/or production
Structured enough to create clarity - pragmatic enough to move fast
Able to communicate directly, clearly, and without causing friction
You are a fluent communicator in both Norwegian and English, capable of navigating professional environments in both languages.
Why This Role Exists
Under our brand Sunshine Delights, Dellia has built a fast-growing position as an innovator in the better choice snack category, with growing reach in the UK, Germany and France. We are now scaling how we develop, package, document and launch products - without losing quality or control.
You must be comfortable taking direct discussions with suppliers and production, and keeping quality and deadlines on track.
In this recruitment process, we ask that you submit a comprehensive and thorough CV that highlights your relevant experience and why you are a great match for this position. Instead of a traditional cover letter, we kindly ask you to answer a few questions included in our application form.
If you have any questions regarding the recruitment process, please feel free to contact Anne Lund at anne.lund@impact.no
For questions regarding the role itself, please reach out to our Head of People & Culture, Svein Narve Børstad, at svein.narve@dellia.com
