As we enter this next phase, we are looking for a People Business Partner who wants to help shape the organization behind our continued success and contribute directly to building a high-performing team for the future.

People Business Partner

This is a key role with broad influence and close collaboration with the CEO. As we continue to grow, you will play a central role in building the organization, leadership capability, and culture that enable our business to succeed.

As our People Business Partner, you will work at the intersection of people and business. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, attract and develop top talent, and build high-performing teams that can deliver on ambitious growth plans.

Your motivation must include the capacity to translate strategic thinking into hands-on execution. You will help leaders make sound decisions, navigate change, and create an environment where people thrive and perform at their best. From scaling teams and supporting organizational development to strengthening leadership, communications and culture, your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to grow and achieve its goals.

Success in this role is measured by your contribution to stronger leadership, better organizational performance, and a workplace where talented people can do their best work.

This will be your responsibility in the first 12–18 months

• Take overall responsibility for translating the company’s strategy into people and organizational priorities, in close partnership with the CEO and leadership team.

• Help build scalable people practices, structures, and ways of working that enable future growth and a high-performing organization.

• Lead and improve recruitment efforts to attract the capabilities needed for growth, while helping leaders build strong and effective teams.

• Strengthen internal communication and leadership communication to support alignment, engagement, and change across the organization.

• Provide support and guidance on employment law and people-related matters, ensuring sound and professional employee experience.

• Strengthening culture and organizational effectiveness, including initiatives that support collaboration, accountability, and performance.

• Facilitate strong collaboration and cohesion across the company’s two physical locations.

Your background

• 3–7 years of experience in a People Business Partner or similar role.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across the organization.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

• Experience from a technology company or another fast-moving, knowledge-based business.

• Analytical mindset, with confidence using data, AI and technology to improve how work gets done.
