HMH is looking for a Service Account Manager to strengthen our team within the Aftermarket for Europe and Africa

We are looking for a Service Account Manager to strengthen our team within the Aftermarket / Drilling Lifecycle Services for Europe and Africa.

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Service Account Manager, you will act as the single point of contact towards dedicated customers, ensuring trust, transparency and professional performance across the full DLS portfolio. You will:

  • Act as the main interface towards assigned customers, coordinating and monitoring all ongoing activities across DLS business streams

  • Build, maintain and develop strong customer relationships through regular meetings and on-site presence

  • Provide customers with a complete overview of historical and ongoing activities, including rig and customer status reporting

  • Proactively initiate sales activities across the full DLS portfolio in close collaboration with business streams and the commercial team

  • Contribute to sales planning, budgeting and forecasting together with DLS segments

  • Identify new business opportunities and sales leads for equipment and services

  • Ensure operational feedback and opportunity insights are shared with business streams and DLS management

  • Maintain and update all relevant systems and communication tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, HMH Connect)

  • Follow up service personnel on offshore and onshore assignments

  • Support clients and internal stakeholders in warranty-related cases

  • Take personal responsibility for HSSE and Quality

  • Act as substitute for other Service Account Managers when required

You are recognized for your ability to:

  • Maintain overview across complex and parallel activities

  • Communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders

  • Proactively identify opportunities and translate them into value

  • Work independently while collaborating effectively across functions

We also consider it important that you bring:

  • Experience working with customer-facing roles in a technical or service-driven environment

  • Ability to manage commercial activities such as sales planning, forecasting and follow-up

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (such as SAP and Salesforce)

  • Strong commitment to HSSE, quality and company values
