We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Drilling & Wells for immediate start!

You will be responsible for drilling & wells domain (drilling, wireline, or coiled tubing) input to ensure accuracy and fit-for-purpose functionality in our SaaS applications (web and mobile on iOS/Android) hosted on Azure. You will work with customers, product owners, developers, and sales to define requirements, review solutions, and support delivery.

Period: ASAP - 30.06.2027

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the drilling & wells (drilling, wireline, or coiled tubing) domain authority for the product team
• Gather and clarify customer requirements and workflows
• Translate domain needs into user stories and technical requirements with product and development
• Review and validate drilling & wells functionality against industry standards
• Provide input to feature design and prioritization
• Support sales with demos and customer meetings when needed
• Deliver customer training/workshops on drilling & wells functionality
• Contribute to product documentation (user guides, release notes, knowledge base)
• Track industry changes relevant to drilling & wells and share updates with the team
• Some travel must be expected in this role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or related field
• Experience from Domene in O&G Industry
• Experience in drilling & wells operations (drilling, wireline, or coiled tubing)
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to analyze requirements and convert them into actionable product work
• Attention to detail for technical validation and review
