We're looking for two high-energy, commercially minded Sales Engineers to help us expand our global footprint in the subsea and energy sector. You are a proven performer in sales, ideally within a technical environment and comfortable working independently while collaborating with experienced commercial and technical experts.
This isn't a desk job. It's a frontline, international role where you'll meet clients face-to-face, represent us at major industry events, and create opportunities in markets across the world. You'll be at the heart of our growth strategy-hunting for opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

The position reports to Director of Sales.
Main duties and key responsibilities:
- identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets
- build and grow a strong network of key decision-makers in the energy industry
- generate leads through conferences, exhibitions, and direct client engagement
- turn early-stage opportunities into a strong, qualified sales pipeline
- lead client interactions-from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and close
- translate customer needs into tailored technical-commercial solutions
- represent the company at international events, trade shows, and workshops
- work closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver winning bids
- monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Who you are:
- minimum two years experience in the energy sector, preferably subsea, pipelines, ROV, or related services
- knowledge and experience of CRM-systems, and a good level of IT proficiency is essential
- commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
- a confident communicator able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
