Join Our Team as a Area Manager at Zenitel in Horten
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening Zenitel’s position in the Maritime & Energy markets within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Maritime & Energy segment
Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with key customers
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients including shipowners, shipyards, system integrators, and energy operators
Collaborate with partners and distributors to maximize market reach
Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, product) to ensure customer success
What You Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Maritime, Offshore, or energy sectors
Strong network within the industry is highly desirable
Solid understanding of technical solutions or communication systems
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a passion for winning
Ability to work independently and across multicultural teams
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
