Business Development and Transformation Manager
Do you want to move from advising businesses to actually building one?
Serwent Group is looking for a Business Development and Transformation Manager to help drive strategic execution, business transformation and value creation across a fast-growing Nordic infrastructure group.
You will work closely with the CEO and Group Management to identify, prioritize and execute the initiatives that matter most for Serwent’s continued growth and transformation journey.
About the role
As Business Development and Transformation Manager, you will play a central role in helping Serwent translate strategic priorities into measurable business impact across the Group.
You will help identify, prioritize and drive high-impact initiatives within areas such as commercial improvement, operational efficiency, transformation, integration of acquisitions, KPI/reporting, organizational development and AI.
During the first 6–12 months, you will take ownership of selected value creation initiatives and help translate strategic priorities into concrete plans, clear accountability and measurable results across the organization.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the Group.
- Translate priorities into actionable plans, milestones and measurable results.
- Support M&A processes, integration planning and post-acquisition integration.
- Prepare analyses, decision material and recommendations for Group Management.
- Support implementation across functions, countries and operational teams.
- Help strengthen project management discipline, governance and execution capabilities across the organization.
Who are you?
- 4–7 years of experience from management consulting, strategy, PE value creation, transformation, transaction advisory or similar environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive projects and initiatives from analysis to implementation
- Commercial mindset and strong business understanding
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
- High drive, ownership mentality and strong collaboration skills
- Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish and English
