Manning Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Manning Coordinator who will contribute to efficient and structured workforce coordination within the department and support optimal project execution.

So – what are your skills?
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain and update manning plans in alignment with flight schedules
- Inform rotation workers of changes related to projects and work locations
- Provide manning overviews to project supervisors and other project resources
- Weekly reporting of manning to each yard
- Inform the production organization of worker absence
- Follow up operators related to sick leave and personal matters.
- Conduct yearly appraisal conversations with operators
- Keep information about expelled workers up to date
- Be point of contact for subcontractors
- Produce and distribute payment certificates to subcontractors
- Produce and distribute weekly call-offs to subcontractors to ensure required manning for projects
- Coordinate own and hired personnel in IFS as they are moved between projects
- Register new workers in IFS, including hired personnel, students and temporary workers, to ensure VARD ID allocation
- Act as a support resource in IFS
- Assist COP with weekly manning planning and IFS authorization
- Coordinate with fixed-price suppliers regarding arrival dates, working hours, etc.
Qualifications
- Good cultural understanding
- Experience with coordination of personnel and subcontractors is an advantage
- Familiarity with IFS or similar ERP systems is an advantage

- Team player who can build good relationships with colleagues
- Ability to work target-oriented and efficiently.
- Good Norwegian and English skills both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Polish, oral and written, is considered an advantage
