A hotel in Stavanger is looking for a breakfast chef
This is a very high-volume breakfast service. During the breakfast shift, two chefs work together to prepare and maintain breakfast service for approximately 400 guests. One chef is responsible for the cold kitchen and buffet preparation, while the other focuses on hot dishes and warm breakfast items.
Your Responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting breakfast dishes according to the hotel standards.

Monitor food quality and ensure that all items are prepared and served according to established standards.

Oversee food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized buffet area at all times.

Serve hotel guests.
What we expect from you: You are a flexible and solution-oriented person who actively contributes to creating a good working environment.
Accommodation: 5000 NOK/month
Salary: 240 - 260 NOK/h
Average working hours is 162 h / month
Salary additions
Saturday/Sunday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour
Night time addition 56.02 NOK/Hour
Evening time addition 16.01 NOK/Hour
Overtime addition 50.00 %
Vacation addition 12.00 %
National holiday addition 100 %
