Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Norway (required)

• Experience or familiarity with high-end travel, sales, or similar is an advantage

• Structured and comfortable with administrative tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Comfortable with the fact that travel is not a typical 9--5 job. Things happen when guests are traveling. Therefore some evening and weekend work must be expected

About the Role

We work closely as a team and take an "all hands on deck" approach. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be involved across the entire value chain:

• Designing tailor-made travel itineraries

• Communicating with international partners and clients

• Following up guests before and during their travels (digitally and, when needed, on-site)

• Sourcing offers and coordinating with suppliers

• Managing bookings, administration, and invoicing
